Employment Structure

By the end of 2024, SYSTEX and its affiliates have added new employees. The total number of employees in SYSTEX group in Taiwan is 4,039, comprising 2,236 employees at SYSTEX and 1,803 employees in its affiliates in Taiwan. If classified by positions, there are 34 senior executives, 272 mid-level executives and 3,733 non-executive employees. In terms of gender, there are 2,375 male employees (58.8% for the total) and 1,664 female employees (41.2%). By age, the largest proportion is 40.5% aged of 35 (incl.)-50 years old. However, the number of employees aged over 50 years old (855 employees) has increased, with an annual growth rate of 9.6%.

The permanent employees of SYSTEX group in Taiwan are 3,664 (90.7%) and decreased slightly compared to 2023 (91.0%). Among them, 1,491 are females (36.9%). The temporary employees are 375 and females among them are 173. In terms of job type, education, nationality and region, the technical employees, the largest proportion of employees, are 3,009 (74.5%); the education level of bachelor’s and above accounted for 95.1%; the foreign employees accounted for 9 individuals (0.2%); the employees in overseas regions accounted for 3 individuals (0.1%).

2. By the end of 2024, SYSTEX had 108 interns, 3 dispatched workers, and 17 contract personnel (security, cleaning, and maintenance). Labor law compliance for dispatched and contract vendors acts as a partnership criterion and is verified through irregular audits by SYSTEX to ensure adherence.

Among all employees, 21.2% are aged over 50, and 38.3% are under 35. Those holding a bachelor’s degree or higher account for 95.1%. Domestic employees constitute 99.8%, while foreign nationals account for 0.2%. In terms of job types, 74.5% are technical staff, followed by 12.9% administrative and 12.6% sales.

SYSTEX Group in Taiwan employed 24 indigenous individuals (0.6%) and 36 individuals with disabilities (0.9%). Since 2007, visually impaired massage therapists have offered free on-site services, improving employee well-being and creating job opportunities for people with disabilities
