SYSTEX Group Support Melting Greenland Charity Screening Project

The “Melting Greenland” documentary was composed by a polar team composed of O’Right, United Daily News and the Vision Project Foundation. They visited 11 towns and conducted in-depth interviews with experts, scholars, government officials, and local residents to record the impact of climate change on Greenland’s Environment, science, people’s livelihood, and culture, and more directly hit the iceberg collapse situation.
The team hopes to let the public witness the facts of climate change, start with environmental education, bring the power of change, and expand Taiwan’s green and sustainable influence internationally. In the face of global climate change, no one is an outsider. SYSTEX Group supports the “Melting Greenland Charity Screening Project”, serving as a teaching material for environmental education, and we promise to provide more green energy technology solutions and fulfill our global citizenship responsibilities together with our customers!

Adopt 500 Trees to Help Build Coastal Forests

Contributing to the UN SDG 12, 13, 15 &17

SYSTEX has responded to the “Technology Tree Planting Program” initiated by “GoodPoint Exchange” and “Forestry Bureau, Council of Agriculture” and invited colleagues from SYSTEX Group to participate in the program. As long as colleagues participate in the road running activity, SYSTEX will adopt and plant a tree for every 5 KM of road running. As a result, a total of 363 colleagues attended the activity, and then SYSTEX decided to increase adoption by up to 500 trees, in order to help build coastal forests and build national land and coastlines.

Use Innovative Technology to Respond

The “Technology Tree Planting Program” utilizes the professional technology of “AR & Blockchain” and visual design capabilities to completely record the process of planting actions, including carbon reduction, tree species, geographic information, etc., and makes a “tree planting certificate” to share with all participants. Each tree can be observed through the online streaming tool, receiving the planting history and real-time carbon reductions during the growth process.

Respond to Earth Hour

SYSTEX Group responded to the world’s largest voluntary public welfare carbon reduction event “Earth Hour”, turning off unnecessary lights and taking practical actions to support energy conservation and carbon reduction.

In order to expand the sustainability impacts, SYSTEX also invites supplier partners to turn off the lights for one hour, connecting the power within the ecosystem to jointly contribute to the earth we live on.

On March 23, 2024, we once again responded to the “2024 Earth Hour Taiwan turns off the lights for one hour” to make the world a better place.
